All return shipping labels are issued through our returns portal. Start by selecting gift from the options on screen.
- Returns within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a refund
- Returns within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only
- Items must be new, with original tags and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage
- Final Sale items are not eligible for return or store credit
- Returns over $250 will be issued store credit only and are subject to a 10% restocking fee
- Returns are not accepted after 30 days
- We offer no exchanges at this time
Please allow up to two weeks for your return to be processed once received.
Please indicate you are returning a gift in a note with the return—this way the buyer will not be contacted. Otherwise, the return credit/refund will be applied to the buyer.
Once we get the package back and process the return, you will receive a gift card in the amount of your return directly to your email inbox. You will need a SpearmintLOVE account that this gift card can be linked to. If you do not yet have an account with us, one can be created here!
