What is your return policy?

All return shipping labels are issued through our returns portal. Customers who purchases Return Coverage receive a return label at no cost for eligible item(s); customers without Return Coverage are responsible for the label cost.

• Returns within 7 days of delivery are eligible for a refund
• Returns within 30 days of delivery are eligible for store credit only
• Items must be new, with original tags and packaging, unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, odors, or damage
• Final Sale items are not eligible for return or store credit
• Returns over $250 will be issued store credit only and are subject to a 10% restocking fee
• Returns are not accepted after 30 days
• We offer no exchanges at this time
